Returning to the Object Phrases Tab, the phrases for each Attribute should then be reviewed and improved with wild-cards and synonyms. As each Attribute is highlighted in the Object Group Window it will show its list of phrases that have been associated with it in the Phrases Window. Those existing phrases can be modified or the list of phrase added to or reduced. To enhance the matching process, lists of synonyms can be created in the Synonym Group Window. If an entry is highlighted in the Synonym Group Window then the list will appear for editing in the Synonym Window. It should be noted that word wild-cards cannot be used in synonyms.
